Mi ha duplicato una chiave che non entrava nelle serrature sono tornata tre volte per sistemarla, stamattina un altro commesso mi ha informato che la chiave fatta non aveva micro cip l’ originale si. Ho chiesto il rimborso per il reso, ma mi hanno indicato la porta per uscire e naturalmente la colpa dell’errore era mia. Ottimo servizio clienti!
Not recommended for making car keys, the owner is incompetent and rude. He duplicated a key that did not fit in the locks. I went back three times to fix it, this morning another clerk informed me that the key made did not have the original microcip. I asked for a refund for the return, but they showed me the door to go out and of course the mistake was my fault. Great customer service!
