Saleswoman R was very friendly and gave her best to find the right clothes.

Visited this store last week and bought a sweater. Overall, the store is clean and well designed. The SA however made the entire shopping experience depressing. She stood in the corner scrolling on her phone as my husband and I tried on clothing. Only when we would ask her specific questions would she even look at us and even then, her flat affect and mood were uncomfortable. My mood was instantly lightened after exiting the store (and her presence). Would not return.

The customer service is terrible and the security is not very friendly. As soon as you walk in he will yell at you.
