★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La cortesia è di casa! Il concessionario si è trasferito dalla precedente sede a inizio anno, poco più di un mese fa. I locali del nuovo concessionari sono moderni, spaziosi e luminosi. All'ingresso ti accolgono Marika e Deborah che ti mettono a tuo agio e ti guidano a seconda del motivo della tua visita. Tra i venditori c'è anche Alberto, il proprietario, persona gentilissima. L'officina, a mio avviso, è il fiore all'occhiello. Tutti disponibilissimi, in particolare Bruno mi ha colpito per avermi trattato come se mi conoscesse da una vita, mi ha fatto sentire in famiglia. Una cosa che non ho mai visto fino ad ora è la saletta d'attesa dove si può attendere che la propria moto venga sistemata, saletta divisa dall'officina da una vetrata che permette di vedere all'interno, neanche fosse una nursery... Per qualsiasi dubbio o richiesta esiste anche un servizio WhatsApp molto ben gestito. In negozio si trovano abbigliamento e accessori originali BMW ma anche after-market. A disposizione dei clienti anche un'area relax con macchinetta del caffè e distributore di merendine. Che dire? Provare per credere...

Marika and Deborah welcome you at the entrance and put you at ease and guide you according to the reason for your visit. Among the sellers there is also Alberto, the owner, a very kind person. The workshop, in my opinion, is the flagship. All extremely available, in particular Bruno struck me for treating me as if he had known me for a lifetime, he made me feel at home. One thing that I have never seen until now is the waiting room where you can wait for your motorbike to be fixed, a room divided from the workshop by a window that allows you to see inside, even if it were a nursery ... For any doubt or request there is also a very well managed WhatsApp service. In the shop you will find original BMW clothing and accessories but also after-market. A relaxation area with coffee machine and snack dispenser is also available to customers. What to say? Seeing is believing...
