Non andateci se desiderate una vasca idromassaggio, non ne hanno in esposizione e non sono in grado di trovare una soluzione. Non ci metterò più piede! A	Andrea Balla on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ - Si erano persi le misure del sopralluogo che era stato effettuato (ma tanto, a parer loro, il sopralluogo era gratuito, quindi che mi lamento a fare?....) - Ritardo nella consegna di quanto ordinato (e preventivamente tutto saldato) di oltre 1 mese. - A seguito del ritardo, installazione di un rubinetto difettoso (rubinetto da oltre 400 €, non giusto due spiccioli, che si sommava ad altre forniture per oltre 2.200 € .. quindi non un ordine proprio da snobbare ...) che si è reso necessario rimandare indietro, con ulteriore accumulo di ritardo. - Incapacità del Servizio Clienti di saper gestire la questione .. e nonostante le sacrosante lamentele, i disagi subiti ed i notevoli ritardi, hanno ritenuto che, secondo loro, tutto è stato gestito per il meglio .. - Innumerevoli le chiamate per riuscire a parlare con il Servizio Clienti. Sconsigliatissimo. Mi sento assolutamente di salvare e lodare invece l'operato del venditore .. davvero in gamba nel suo lavoro, disponibile e cortese.
