We stayed here as pilgrims while on Magna Way Via Francigena that carries the credential. Quiet rooms, breathtaking views. Several actions necessary to improve the comfort of the accommodations.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il monastero del Santissimo Salvatore, di origine medievale, ospitava inizialmente una comunità monastica carmelitana ed una Benedettina. Successivamente rimase soltanto quella Benedettina.
Dall'alto del monastero si possono ammirare le Rocche di Corleone, e ci si passa per accedere alle Cascate delle due Rocche.
The monastery of the Santissimo Salvatore, of medieval origin, initially housed a Carmelite monastic community and a Benedictine one. Subsequently only the Benedictine one remained.
From the top of the monastery you can admire the Fortresses of Corleone, and pass through to access the Cascate delle Due Rocche.

Когда пробравшись на гору по узким улочкам, поднимаешься к церкви, открывается шикарный вид на город, а кровавый закат добавляет мощи и завораживает. Атмосфера на Сицилии повсюду пропитана гангстерскими историями, но это место особенно.
An enchanted place. I drove here specially and hurried to meet the sunset. When you make your way up the mountain along the narrow streets, you go up to the church, a gorgeous view of the city opens, and the bloody sunset adds power and bewitches. The atmosphere in Sicily is steeped in gangster stories everywhere, but this place is special.
