d	da b on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non sono solito fare recensioni, ma ritengo doveroso segnalare quanto accaduto in merito ad un’asportazione di un neo sotto il piede. Nulla da eccepire in merito alla professionalità ed all’operato della dottoressa che ha effettuato l’operazione. La pessima esperienza è invece legata a quanto successo con i prezzi. Al momento della prenotazione, i prezzi comunicati dalla segretaria, erano stati: 200€ per asportazione neo 50/60€ per esame istologico In realtà al momento di pagare l’operazione , la fattura è stata di 300€. La differenza di 100€ è stata motivata dal fatto che 200€ si sarebbe dovuto interpretare solamente come prezzo base, mentre il prezzo effettivo si sarebbe dovuto calcolare in base alla posizione del neo (quando la posizione del neo era stata già specificata al momento della prenotazione). La fattura dell’esame istologico è stata di 70€, dicendo che 50/60€ era stato un errore di comunicazione (a seguito lamentela la fattura è stata portata a 60€). Consiglio pertanto, per evitare di trovarsi in spiacevoli situazioni come questa, di farsi confermare il preventivo per iscritto al momento della prenotazione. La receptionist, di cui mi sfugge il nome, è stata davvero gentile e disponibile facendomi sentire da subito a mio agio. Sono stata visitata dalla ginecologa dottoressa Corbucci. In seguito alle prime esperienze positive ho poi prenotato una visita pediatrica per la mia bambina di tre anni e abbiamo apprezzato la grande professionalità e umanità del pediatra.
