M	Marialuisa Maggioni on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brutta esperienza. Io e il mio compagno andiamo a vedere un appartamento il giorno dopo chiamiamo l'agenzia per bloccarla (era fine settimana). Ci dicono che ci avrebbero chiamati il lunedì mattina per prendere appuntamento nel pomeriggio. Il lunedì NON ci richiamano, chiamiamo NOI e ci dicono che l'appartamento è in trattativa con altra gente. Bad experience. My partner and I go to see an apartment the day after we call the agency to block it (it was weekend). They tell us they would call us on Monday morning to make an appointment in the afternoon. On Mondays they DO NOT call us back, we call US and they tell us that the apartment is in negotiation with other people.

Mi era stato detto che avrei ricevuto una chiamata di lunedì mattina per fissare l'appuntamento nel pomeriggio , la chiamata non arrivava , ho chiamato io e mi dicono che erano già in trattativa con altri. 0 professionalità , meschini e falsi I had agreed to block the apartment and they tell me that I could have blocked it the same day or Friday, but since it would have closed the office in an hour we agree for Monday (since Saturday and Sunday it would have remained closed). Non si può vendere una casa che: -Dicevano di non mostrare più a potenziali clienti - Avevamo dimostrato interesse da giorni chiamando anche per avere info su eventuale assegno - Il giorno stesso della visita siamo passati in agenzia ed era chiusa - Abbiamo scritto una email dicendo che avevamo interesse E COSA MI VIEN DETTO A POCHE ORE DALLA PROPOSTA? VENDUTA IN CONTANTI? Se pensano di essere dalla ragione preferisco cercare casa altrove. PESSIMI CONSISTENCY AND RESPECT are values that this real estate agency does not know. You cannot sell a house that: - They said they no longer show to potential customers - We had shown interest for days by calling to get info on any check - On the day of the visit we went to the agency and it was closed - We wrote an email saying we were interested AND WHAT IS TOLD ME A FEW HOURS FROM THE PROPOSAL? SOLD IN CASH? If they think they are right, I prefer to look for a house elsewhere. BAD

Mi sono rivolta a loro per alcune transazioni di affitto ed ho trovato sempre lo stesso elevato livello di professionalità (sono stata seguita, in particolare, dalla sig.ra Michela Cirillo). Rispetto ad altre agenzie immobiliari con cui avevo interagito in passato, ho apprezzato molto il senso di responsabilità: il loro ruolo non si limita a mostrare gli appartamenti e a mettere in contatto le parti, ma accompagnano il cliente in tutto il percorso, supportandolo nel superamento di eventuali ostacoli nell’intero processo. Li consiglierei senza esitazione. Professional and competent agency. I turned to them for some rental transactions and I always found the same high level of professionalism (I was followed, in particular, by Ms Michela Cirillo). Compared to other real estate agencies with whom I had interacted in the past, I really appreciated the sense of responsibility: their role is not limited to showing the apartments and putting the parties in contact, but they accompany the client throughout the journey, supporting him in overcoming any obstacles in the whole process. I would recommend them without hesitation.
