Bad communication. We made an offer at full price and despite our assurances of completion of the purchase with a mortgage - already granted - the property was assigned to another buyer immediately after the offer expired, without any notice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L'agenzia Studio Gottardo Sas ha rifiutato di prestarmi il suo servizio per motivi discriminatori (mi hanno detto che agli stranieri non si affitta, dopodiché mi hanno attaccato il telefono in faccia) nonostante io sia cresciuta in Italia, abbia la formazione italiana, tutte le carte in regola, il contratto a tempo indeterminato e la possibilità economica. Credo che un comportamento del genere debba essere segnalato in quanto non ammissibile e costituisce un reato! Non posso far altro che sostenere che questa agenzia è poco professionale e non è assolutamente etica!
The agency Studio Gottardo Sas refused to lend me his service for discriminatory reasons (they told me that foreigners do not rent, after which they put the phone in my face) although I grew up in Italy, I have the Italian formation, all the papers in order, the permanent contract and the economic possibility. I believe that such behavior should be reported as ineligible and constitutes a crime! I can not help but claim that this agency is unprofessional and is not absolutely ethical!
