Metodo di lavoro centrato sulle esigenze di ciascuno. Vera cultura del fitness a prescindere dalle mode. Consigliatissima. Simple and friendly atmosphere; sober and welcoming environment. Highly qualified instructors propose activities of proven effectiveness to small groups. Working method centered on everyone's needs. True fitness culture regardless of fashions. Highly recommended.

Qualcuno mi può spiegare il motivo di alcune recensioni negative che,se non ho capito male ,si riferiscono ad altra struttura? Great gym, kind staff, attentive to requests .. Ci eravamo iscritti in due, 800 euro svaniti nel nulla! Mi dispiace per chi non c'entra con la gestione truffaldina della palestra, ma meglio affidarsi a strutture che rispettano il cliente. Zero stars. I am one of those people you stole the subscription money from, I had just attended three lessons and off the pouf! We had signed up in two, 800 euros vanished into thin air! I'm sorry for those who have nothing to do with the fraudulent management of the gym, but it is better to rely on structures that respect the customer.

Frequento da maggio pilates con reformer e posturale, ma conosco le istruttrici da 5 anni ormai e sono sempre state professionali e gentili. La palestra è molto accogliente, pulita, dotata di grandi finestre per il ricambio d’aria, nel pieno rispetto delle norme anti-covid. Super consigliata! I have been attending pilates with reformer and postural since May, but I have known the instructors for 5 years now and they have always been professional and kind. The gym is very welcoming, clean, with large windows for air exchange, in full compliance with anti-covid regulations. Super recommended!
