L	Lara Savogin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho indicato una stella per la disorganizzazione e mancanza di informazioni complete nella "gestione" degli abbonamenti durante e dopo il lockdown per covid19. A giugno ci siamo recati alla reception, ci è stato chiesto se volevamo proseguire a luglio o riprendere a settembre avendo pagato a febbraio l'abbonamento per nostro figlio di 18 mesi. Abbiamo scelto di proseguire a Settembre, ci è stato detto quindi di ritornare a Settembre. Sabato scorso ci siamo presentati nuovamente alla reception e ci è stato comunicato che avevamo perso il diritto di recuperare i nostri soldi in quanto la scadenza per il recupero era il 31 agosto. Non solo a giugno non ci è stato detto ma anche nella comunicazione ricevuta via email non era indicato nessun termine temporale per il recupero. Ci è stato detto di scrivere una mail al direttore, ad oggi non abbiamo ancora ricevuto nessuna risposta. Scrivo questa recensione con profonda amarezza, abbiamo pagato anticipatamente per un servizio di cui non abbiamo usufruito, non abbiamo chiesto la restituzione dei soldi, vorremmo solo poter usufruire del servizio per cui abbiamo pagato per nostro figlio. Mi auguro che il direttore risponda anche se sono poco fiduciosa. I indicated a star for the disorganization and lack of complete information in the "management" of subscriptions during and after the lockdown for covid19. In June we went to the reception, we were asked if we wanted to continue in July or resume in September having paid for the season ticket for our 18 month old son in February. We chose to continue in September, so we were told to come back in September. Last Saturday we showed up again at the reception and we were informed that we had lost the right to recover our money as the deadline for recovery was August 31st. Not only in June we were not told but also in the communication received via email no time limit for recovery was indicated. We were told to write an email to the director, to date we have not received any response yet. I write this review with deep bitterness, we paid in advance for a service we did not use, we did not ask for the money back, we just wish we could use the service we paid for our son. I hope that the director will answer even if I am not very confident.

Very clean swimming pool, with every comfort to welcome those who want to swim free, those who want to train more seriously (the local synchronized swimming team was present) and those who want to spend time with their grandchild like me ???
