A richiesta di un intervento su un cassettone sottolavello di una scavolini siamo passati da fine ottobre 2017 ad oggi aprile 2018 rifilandomi solo scuse sopra scuse per ogni volta che li chiamavo e chiedendomi di portare pazienza, ma di fatto mi hanno solo preso in giro a me è mia moglie, infatti solo adesso recensisco per la pazienza persa. Personale che risponde al telefono scortese e maleducato. Esasperato dalla situazione e ritenuto offeso nella dignità perché non riesco a capire come si possa arrivare a questi livelli al giorno d'oggi per un semplice intervento di sostituzione da 10 minuti, si sia protratto nel tempo e senza risoluzione recensisco in questo modo. Ritengo per chi abbia una Scavolini come me faccia riferimento ad altro negozio per l'assistenza e che la stessa Scavolini, visto il prestigio del suo marchio, faccia attenzione a chi sceglie per rappresentarla, sicuramente non mancherò nel segnalare la vicenda a chi di dovere e non se l'abbiano a male i titolari dell'azienda, ma questa mia è solo la verità. Innanzitutto abbiamo trovato accoglienza,competenza e supporto informatico adeguato per sviluppare le nostre idee.A titolo esemplificativo vi dico solo che è stata creata una cucina di otto metri lineari fantastica e funzionale,due arredamenti per bagni (di cui uno dotato anche di lavabo per piccola biancheria per lavaggio a mano da inserire nel contesto degli altri accessori)senza problemi di sorta.Dobbiamo ringraziare inoltre la disponibilità del sig. Marco che ci è venuto incontro "limando"il prezzo finale.Non possiamo dimenticare l'ottimo montatore Renato, che nel montaggio della mobilia, ha risolto piccoli problemi con grande professionalità.Grazie ancora a tutta l'equipe del Mobilificio Mion.Ah..... dimenticavamo: tutto è arrivato una settimana prima della prevista consegna nel mese di luglio!!!!! Abbiamo parlato, fatto piccole modifiche, tutto molto chiaro e preciso. Mi sono piaciuti e mi hanno convinto, tanto che non sono andato neanche in giro per avere altri preventivi. Montata venerdì pomeriggio e collaudata per bene oggi con piena soddisfazione. Ampio piano di lavoro, forno cucina ottimo devo solo trovare i tempi e la temperatura giusta per i dolci, ho anche troppo spazio infatti uno dei mobiletti è rimasto vuoto perché non ho più nulla da metterci. Promossi a pieni voti, anche le due persone che sono venute a montarla con un caldo non indifferente.
