Ordinate 4 sedie il 6 dicembre 2021....dopo numerose chiamate, whatsapp e telefonate e, soprattutto, dopo avermi (prima) detto al telefono che la spedizione era stata programmata il 13 dicembre 2021 e (poi) con mail, il 10 gennaio2022, nessun riscontro. Meno male che PayPal tutela i clienti...... pretendevano la chiusura pratica di reclamo (senza possibilità di riapertura) con la "promessa" di spedizione delle sedie! Babbo Natale vola! A mai più! E ricordatevi che avreste potuto rispondere che il materiale non era disponibile, aggiornando il cliente con la stessa celerità del rimborso (emesso per togliersi una rogna (che sarei io) di torno! Ma come si permette di definirmi un "furbetto"? Questo non ve lo permetto!!! Non solo avete un pessimo servizio clienti, ma vi permettete anche di offendere definendo gli stessi clienti (che peraltro andrebbero sempre tutelati) dei furbetti? Questa si chiama calunnia e ne risponderete nelle sedi opportune. Ve lo garantisco! Allego foto con vostro "miracoloso" riscontro! Così la gente può farsi un'idea. ....avete sbagliato proprio persona! Bad experience. Successivamente ho scritto e chiamato per manifestare il problema e valutare una sostituzione/reso, ma mai avuto risposta. Pessimo servizio, peccato. The cabinet meets expectations, but it arrived with dents. I got to talk to them before the sale, very kind. Le gambe entrano difficilmente negli appositi fori. 1 non entra affatto xche' i fori non corrispondono alle viti. Delle 2 viti solo 1 è avvitabile l'altra impossibile xche troppo vicina alla struttura di metallo. la qualità del legno non corrisponde a quando descritto dal sito. x niente seri. Dovrò chiamare un falegname x risolvere I problemi. Round shabby table. Highly recommended supplier. Product delivered on Friday 19 November ordered in mid-October: the table has not been tested. Premesso che il pagamento è solo anticipato, che la spedizione è avvenuta dopo varie settimane e che non è possibile tracciare la spedizione.........uno dei due comodini nel momento del disinballo a casa è risultato ammaccato oltremodo ammacco verniciato quindi non dovuto al trasporto. Contattati immediatamente mi hanno risposto che avrebbero controllato la bolla di consegna e passati altri giorni dopo la mia insistenza mi hanno comunicato che non avendo segnalato nulla sulla bolla non potevo dar nulla!!! Non si è proceduto per vie legali solo perché non ho i soldi e il tempo per farlo. Ma sconsiglio vivamente dopo questa esperienza questo venditore. Mi dispiace dover scrivere questo ma purtroppo è quanto accaduto. Il mobile è arrivato puntuale, ben imballato ed in perfette condizioni. Ottimo il prezzo, ben rifinito e solido. Visto che ero rimasta soddisfatta, il mese scorso ho acquistato una credenza Napoletana più piccola. Precisi al minuto nella consegna, per mia scelta, al magazzino di Bassano del Grappa. Solo un piccolo neo, ma non per loro colpa... I pomelli dei cassetti non erano quelli richiesti. Ovviamente l'ho fatto presente e, dopo due giorni, mi sono arrivati per posta con le loro scuse. Che dire? Cordiali, simpatici, educati, buoni i mobili, ottimi i prezzi. Lo consiglio sinceramente a tutti! The piece of furniture arrived on time, well packed and in perfect condition. Excellent price, well finished and solid. Since I was satisfied, last month I bought a smaller Neapolitan sideboard. Accurate to the minute in delivery, by my choice, to the Bassano del Grappa warehouse. Just a small flaw, but not their fault ... The drawer knobs weren't what they asked for. Obviously I mentioned this and, after two days, they arrived in the mail with their apologies. What to say? Friendly, nice, polite, good furniture, excellent prices. I sincerely recommend it to everyone!
