Il personale non parliamone, hanno sbagliato a fare le misure e mi hanno segato una mensola per farla stare, e non rispondono dei loro danni. Sarebbe meglio chiudessero. absolutely incompetent. Purchased a room years ago, I still have to repair the damage they did during assembly (at my expense of course). The staff don't talk about it, they made the wrong measurements and saw me off a shelf to make it fit, and they don't answer for their damage. It would be better if they closed.

We had the opportunity to appreciate the great availability and the search for the most suitable proposals for us, so much so that we decided to rely on them for the furnishing of most of the rooms in the house even though we had also evaluated several other proposals. We have been recommended with the utmost professionalism, always keeping our ideas and needs in the foreground, realizing them with creativity and attention. The products are quality and the assortment that is able to respond to different styles and tastes is also remarkable. Delivery times have always been respected. Fully satisfied with the choice made.

Sono venuti dopo numerosi tentativi per sistemare i danni, ma di certo non lo hanno fatto, anzi. La lavastoviglie ogni volta che si apre fa rumore, e il "tecnico", nell' intento di sistemare ha addirittura rovinato il battente sottostante, ovviamente non cambiandolo. Il frigo sicuramente non meglio. Risponde anche a me che abbiamo sbagliato mobilificio? La cucina è stata pagata come nuova! Se io sbaglio nel mio lavoro prima pongo rimedio e poi mi scuso. We bought a kitchen here that was very badly assembled, about a year ago. They came after numerous attempts to fix the damage, but they certainly did not, indeed. The dishwasher makes noise every time it opens, and the "technician", in order to fix it, even ruined the door underneath, obviously not changing it. The fridge definitely isn't any better. Acquistato arredamento per bagno, lavanderia e 2 cucine, attente e molto precise nel prendere le misure. Lo specchio con cornice a led installato per il bagno emana una bellissima luce soffusa. Per quanto riguarda il “sonno” abbiamo acquistato divano letto e materasso, tutti e due di ottima qualità e dove si dorme veramente bene . Montatori molto precisi e attrezzati. I liked Casa Idea immediately. Three sisters very smiling and available. Great professionalism and excellent quality products.
