We purchased an extendable oak table in early December: to say that it was the result was surprising, it is an understatement !!! we received a unique product, of excellent workmanship and solidity. The value for money is unsurpassed. The assistance of Mr. Giovanni was commendable and the delivery times very fast, even more, considering the period. I highly recommend !!! 5 stars with honors!

Abbiamo acquistato a settembre 2019 un letto che è stato fornito con difetti di montaggio e dopo aver dormito un paio di settimane con la testiera appoggiata a terra sono arrivati i ricambi. Dopo il montaggio ci siamo accorti di altri difetti tipo macchie di colore, sono state mandate le foto in negozio a Giovanni il quale ha risposto di provvedere alla sostituzione della testiera (nuovamente) appena fosse arrivata. Non per sua colpa è sopraggiunto il Covid che ha bloccato tutto fino a luglio. Abbiamo lasciato passare ancora qualche mese ma nessuno ci ha contattati per effettuare il cambio; dopo una telefonata a Giovanni dove segnalavo la ns delusione ci veniva confermato che ci saremmo risentiti dopo qualche giorno ma a tutt'oggi dopo altre 4 settimane non ho sentito nessuno. L'assistenza lascia a desiderare.... Unfortunately I have no words, the premises were good but the passage of time has erased them. We purchased a bed in September 2019 that came with assembly defects and after sleeping a couple of weeks with the headboard resting on the ground, the spare parts arrived. After assembly we noticed other defects such as color spots, the photos were sent to the shop to Giovanni who replied to replace the headboard (again) as soon as it arrived. It is not his fault that Covid has arrived and blocked everything until July. We let a few more months pass but no one contacted us to make the change; after a phone call to Giovanni where I reported our disappointment, we were confirmed that we would be resentful after a few days but to this day after another 4 weeks I have not heard from anyone. The assistance leaves something to be desired ....

Abbiamo comprato un bellissimo tavolo allungabile in legno nodato completo di sedie rivestite in ecopelle. Ci siamo trovati molto bene con il signor Giovanni, persona competente e affidabile. My boyfriend and I walked into the shop looking for a table. We bought a beautiful knotty wood extendable table complete with eco-leather upholstered chairs. We got on very well with Mr. Giovanni, a competent and reliable person.
