Ci hanno fornito (dopo un lungo periodo di attesa) un armadio su misura in noce nazionale (questo è l'unico aspetto lodevole) che però era decisamente mal rifinito su un fianco (ben rifinito altrove) per cui abbiamo chiesto di avere un lavoro fatto bene al 100%, ma questa richiesta è stata ignorata per sempre. Professionalism and courtesy can be improved. They provided us (after a long waiting period) with a custom made wardrobe in national walnut (this is the only commendable aspect) which however was decidedly poorly finished on one side (well finished elsewhere) so we asked to have a job done 100% fine, but this request has been ignored forever.

l	lorenzo mauro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recentemente mi sono recato in questo negozio per cercare un mobile per il mio salotto, decido di andarci un pomeriggio, entro e capisco di essere l'unico cliente presente all'interno in quel momento,gli addetti erano nei loro uffici,mi vedono ma nessuno si avvicina,quindi faccio un giro per controllare se c'era qualcosa che mi piaceva e nonostante la mia permanenza si sia protratta per circa 20 minuti, nessuno si è mai avvicinato, nemmeno un "Buongiorno possiamo esserle utile?" Nulla di nulla... alche' me ne sono andato totalmente ignorato dal personale... Situazione incredibile! Ovviamente da Caramel non ci metto più piede! I recently went to this shop to look for a piece of furniture for my living room, I decide to go there one afternoon, I go in and I understand that I am the only customer present inside at that moment, the employees were in their offices, they see me but nobody approaches, so I take a walk to check if there was something I liked and despite my stay lasted for about 20 minutes, no one has ever approached, not even a "Good morning can we be useful to you?" Nothing at all ... alche 'I left totally ignored by the staff ... Incredible situation! Obviously, I don't set foot in Caramel anymore!

Armadi favolosi,di qualità superiore. Possibilità di fare personalizzare,ad es. nella tinteggio certi mobili. Condizione familiare. Prezzi in base a questa qualità,non per tutte le tasche, ma spesso vi sono scontistiche . Unico! Courteous and helpful staff. Very large exhibition. All handmade. Real woods. Retro style. Kitchens and bathrooms (of these: small exhibition) also in modern style. Fabulous cabinets of superior quality. Possibility of customizing, eg in dyeing certain furniture. Family condition. Prices based on this quality, not for every budget, but often there are discounts. Single!

Personale gentile fino al giorno della vendita; i mobili che ci sono arrivati non erano nuovi ma d'esposizione, con svariati danni dovuti all'uso. Le nostre successive richieste sono poi state praticamente ignorate. Probabilmente il restante 99% delle persone, che non vengono fregate, saranno comunque molto soddisfatti dei mobili. Nice furniture and generally good quality. However, I cannot say that he is an honest seller. Friendly staff until the day of the sale; the furniture that arrived there was not new but of display, with various damages due to use. Our subsequent requests were then virtually ignored. Probably the remaining 99% of people, who are not scammed, will still be very satisfied with the furniture.
