β β β β β No one comes to assist you!! It's not very nice to walk across a huge huge shop and there are no assistants. Then they come back with you and run away 5 minutes later - and you have to walk all the way back to get help. Not impressed at all ?

β β β β β We will never buy from this place again. We bought twice and both times there was an issues with the appliances. I can understand that can happen, but customer service is very poor and unwilling to help and solve the problem. We passed long trip to come and take repaired machine (new was broken, they refused to replace it) and noone from personal was there to give us our machine . Told us to come another day after we drowe 300 km. Never again. Skip this store! And after that many kilometers and months of repair, coffee machine was in exact same broken condition like before. Like it never saw repair shop at all.

β β β β β The usual excellent product scale, elegant room and kitchen furniture. It's a pleasant walk through the shop and you can't stand buying at least some small items there.

β β β β β while they want your money in a week, it took me more than 8 months to get my kitchen up and working!!! they could not measure a 60cm piece after three times!!!! all is badly mounted using cheap labor.
Customer service is very poor and unwilling to help and solve the problem.
Had to go to a lawyer to solve my problem. Watch out they really don't care how they fix things.... if you go for cheap this is definitely the place, however the result is also cheap-looking at the end. Really not advised!!!
