★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vengo sempre a comprare vestiti in questo negozio e ritorno solo perché mi piacciono, ma di sicuro non per le commesse che ci lavorano! Oggi ho comprato un pantalone lilla molto bello e durante la mia esperienza in negozio ho provato altri capi, non facevo in tempo a toglierli che la commessa (capelli rossi) mi chiedeva se volessi comprarli o meno almeno 3 volte. A parte questo atteggiamento irritante. Peró la parte peggiore é stata in cassa, quando esposto con il qrcode c'era l'opzione di pagare con satispay dal quale era possibile ottenere un 20% di cashback, e la commessa senza nemmeno darmi la possibilità di pagare mi ha detto che il sistema non funzionava guarda caso... e poi con strafottenza mi ha pure rinfacciato il fatto che non le avessi detto di voler pagare tramite satispay quando c'era il qr code che diceva "scansiona per pagare" ASSURDO!
Non penso che il cliente abbia sempre ragione, ma la gentilezza e l' educazione delle commesse sono fondamentali! I pantaloni erano troppo belli e quindi li ho presi, ma la voglia di lasciare giù tutto e andare via era tanta! Cambiate commessa!
I always come to buy clothes in this shop and come back just because I like them, but certainly not for the salespeople who work there! Today I bought a very nice lilac trousers and during my experience in the shop I tried other garments, I didn't have time to take them off that the saleswoman (red hair) asked me if I wanted to buy them or not at least 3 times. Apart from this irritating attitude. But the worst part was at the cash desk, when displayed with the qrcode there was the option to pay with satispay from which it was possible to get a 20% cashback, and the saleswoman without even giving me the opportunity to pay told me that the system did not work as it happens ... and then with arrogance I was also accused of the fact that I had not told her I wanted to pay via satispay when there was the qr code that said "scan to pay" ABSURD!
I don't think the customer is always right, but the kindness and education of the orders are fundamental! The pants were too good and so I took them, but the desire to drop everything and go away was great! Change order!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da non tornare più, sono stata due giorni fa per cambiare dei vestit con lo scontrino cortesia che li sono stati regalati a mia figlia per natale ma li stavano troppo larghi, siamo state accolte dalle commesse da un malmostoso specialmente quella con i capelli rossi, sembrava infastidita, facendo istoria per non fare il cambio non ostante eravamo entro i termini previsti, addirittura mi hanno fregato con il valore dei dicendomi che dovevo stare entro il 34,90 € quando in realtà mia cognata ha pagato €29,90 per il vestitino e €13,90 per la maglietta ( valore tracciato nella carta di credito con cui ha pagato nel negozio ) per un totale di €43,80; io ho cambiato con altri due capi per il valore di €40,90 e gli ho dovuto aggiungere pure la differenza di €6. Non sono ritornata perche ci rimaneva troppo lontano. Avevo anche l'intenzione di fare altri acquistare dato che c'erano i saldi ma mi è passata la voglia e non vedevo l'ora di scappare via da quel negozio da maleducate.
