Ho dovuto chiamare un altro servizio tecnico privato per risolvere in tempi brevi, come necessitava.
Servizio tecnico Mitsubishi inadeguato al prestigio del marchio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pienamente soddisfatto del servizio ricevuto. ho comprato due condizionatori silenziosissimi, molto belli anche esteticamente. l'installazione è stata piuttosto rapida e nel giorno pattuito. pochi giorni dopo uno dei due condizionatori aveva un malfunzionamento che è stato prontamente risolto dal negozio inviando un tecnico che ha effettuato la riparazione. a distanza di due anni ho avuto un altro problema legato al fogliame che aveva inceppato uno dei due motori e, di nuovo, un tecnico ha prontamente risolto la questione. insomma, non solo è un ottimo punto vendita, ma offre anche una buona assistenza nel post vendita

I bought two very silent conditioners, very beautiful also aesthetically. the installation was rather rapid and on the agreed day. a few days later one of the two air conditioners had a malfunction which was promptly resolved by the shop by sending a technician who carried out the repair. two years later I had another problem related to the foliage that had jammed one of the two engines and, again, a technician promptly solved the issue. in short, not only is it an excellent sales point, but it also offers good after-sales assistance
