Ik raad iedereen af om absoluut niet bij deze winkel Online te bestellen.
Via farfetch heb ik een online bestelling gedaan, helaas was dit item te klein voor mijn dochter. Ik heb de item binnen 7 dagen terug gestuurd. Pas na 3 weken (item was al lange tijd binnen) krijg ik antwoord dat de tags niet aanwezig waren. Dit is absoluut een grote leugen. Want ik heb alle tags gecontroleerd bij verzending, ook heb ik het item goed verpakt terug gestuurd.
Mijn dochter heeft de broek slechts enkele minuten aangehad voor het passen. Maar omdat het een prijzig artikel is weigert deze winkel mijn geld terug te betalen. Ik voel me bedrogen en ik heb mijn vertrouwen volledig verloren.
Ik ben vaste klant van farfetch en ik heb nooit deze ervaring gehad met partners maar deze boetiek heeft mij volledig bedrogen.
Ik snap dat vele winkels in Italië weinig omzet hebben gehad tijdens de Corona crisis. Maar om klanten op deze manier te bedriegen vind ik gewoon weg schandalig!
Daarom adviseer ik een ieder om NIET online te bestellen, want als het artikel niet past heb jij je geld niet terug maar slechts een leugen.
Deze boetiek mag in de toekomst niet meer samenwerken met farfetch !!
Bad experience with this store!
I advise everyone not to order online at all from this store.
I placed an online order through farfetch, unfortunately this item was too small for my daughter. I returned the item within 7 days. Only after 3 weeks (item had been in for a long time) I get an answer that the tags were not present. This is definitely a big lie. Because I checked all tags before shipping, I also sent the item back well packed.
My daughter only wore the pants for a few minutes before trying them on. But because it is a pricey item, this store refuses to refund my money. I feel cheated and I have completely lost my confidence.
I am a regular customer of farfetch and I never had this experience with partners but this boutique completely cheated me.
I understand that many stores in Italy had little turnover during the Corona crisis. But to cheat customers in this way is just outrageous to me!
That is why I advise everyone NOT to order online, because if the item does not fit you will not have your money back but only a lie.
This boutique should not be allowed to partner with farfetch in the future!!
