★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clothes are hanging. The personnel was very rude. We returned garments which didn' t fit properly in the fitting room ( jeans) and instead of a smile or Just a poker face, the clerk Just insulted my girl because She tried on 5 jeans and JUST picked up ONE!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have been an H&M customer for a very long time. We have visited several stores in different countries and I am sad to say that the experience in this one was the worst by far.
My wife was treated very unprofessionally by two very rude customer reps. After entering the store my wife ask to use the restroom and both employees literally kicked my wife out of the store, even when she explained that she was purchasing at the store.
Even if a customer end up not buying anything, there was no reason whatsoever, to treat another human being with lack of good manners or compassion.
