Varcata la soglia non pensate di poter usare uscire senza una busta, la scelta è vastissima. Certo non è un negozio adatto a tutte le tasche ma sapete... La qualità si paga...cara. Se volete apparire come il principe William ed il conto non è un problema By Morris fa per voi. La qualità non è da prendere sottogamba, ho un maglione di cachemire che mi dura da anni. Ho deciso di acquistare un abito per cerimonia che indossava perfetto, me ne sono innamorato fin da subito, unica modifica da fare: accorciare le maniche della giacca. Mi hanno assicurato che il risultato sarebbe stato perfetto, e che mi avrebbero fatto fare la prova prima di rendere le modifiche definitive. Bene, la prova non c'è mai stata in quanto mi hanno fatto riprovare la giacca accorciando la manica dal polso con una semplice piega. Al ritiro dell' abito, le maniche della giacca sono state accorciate dal girospalla e quindi la prova fatta del tutto inutile. La giacca ovviamente è stata rovinata dalla loro sarta, non indossava più come prima e nonostante il difetto era palese anche agli occhi di un neonato si sono rifiutati di cambiare abito, rivolgendosi al cliente con maleducazione superbia. Ovviamente si intraprenderà azione legale. ASSOLUTAMENTE SCONSIGLIATO, nessun altra boutique di Bari si è mai permessa di agire in questo modo.
