Entro per provare un paio di scarpe e non c'era il mio numero è il personale non è stato capace di dirmi che alle spalle in via principe amedeo c'era un altro negozio(stessa catena tata)e che li avrei potuto trovare il mio numero e mi sono dovuta sbattere fino a tata di Monopoli(gentilissimi) per sapere che in via Principe Amedeo c'era il numero. Incompetenti. Very bad experience at Christmas time. I go in to try on a pair of shoes and there was no number, the staff was not able to tell me that in via principe amedeo there was another store (same chain) and that I could find my number and I had to bang up to nanny from Monopoli (very kind) to know that in via Principe Amedeo there was the number. Incompetent.

Con il negozio vuoto mi sono ritrovata ad avere a che fare con una commessa poco simpatica e poco cortese che mi ha fatto passare la voglia di comprare. Ho preferito tenere i sandali rotti fino al negozio successivo. Quando si lavora in un negozio sono fondamentali sorriso e volontà. Magari dietro ad un cliente che chiede un consiglio... un briciolo di iniziativa. Passed this afternoon because I urgently needed to buy a pair of sandals (the ones I was wearing broke). Il personale veramente molto educato, non invadente e preparato! Terry la responsabile del negozio è eccezionale, sa dare ottimi consigli e creare outfit bellissimi! Consigliatissimo!
