Dopo averle indossate appena 4 volte ho notato che la suola di entrambe le scarpe si stava staccando del tutto. Al momento dell'acquisto avevo notato il marchio Made in China, ma fidandomi del negozio e considerando il prezzo(si trattava pur sempre di 39 euro), ho creduto che almeno una stagione quelle scarpe l'avrebbero superata. 7 Giorni dopo l'acquisto le ho dunque portate indietro al negozio. Il responsabile ha accettato il reso ma mi ha detto che prima di cambiarmele con lo stesso prodotto o con uno diverso, o di procedere in qualunque altro modo, avrebbe dovuto contattare il fornitore (ai sensi dell’art. 130 D.Lgs. n. 206/05 l'unico responsabile nei confronti del consumatore per qualsiasi difetto di conformità del bene è il venditore e non il fornitore!!!). Come d'accordo, oggi sono tornato in negozio per avere notizie. Il responsabile mi ha negato sia la restituzione dei soldi(anche parziale, come previsto da legge, alternativamente alla riparazione del prodotto difettoso che tra l'altro non mi è stata proposta dal responsabile-c'era poco da riparare evidentemente) che la possibilità di ricevere un buono acquisto. Tanta MALEDUCAZIONE, IGNORANZA della normativa relativa alle garanzie del consumatore e PRODOTTI CINESI ESTREMAMENTE SCADENTI sono quanto ho trovato presso I fanizzi-sede di Via Sparano. On December 16th, at the Via Sparano site, I purchased a pair of men's boots for 39 euros. After wearing them just 4 times I noticed that the sole of both shoes was coming off completely. At the time of purchase I had noticed the Made in China brand, but trusting the store and considering the price (it was still 39 euros), I believed that at least one season those shoes would have passed. So 7 days after the purchase I brought them back to the store. The manager accepted the return but told me that before changing them with the same product or with a different one, or proceeding in any other way, he should have contacted the supplier (pursuant to art. 130 Legislative Decree no. 206/05 the only responsible towards the consumer for any lack of conformity of the good is the seller and not the supplier !!! As agreed, today I returned to the store to get news. The manager denied me both the return of the money (even partial, as required by law, alternatively to the repair of the defective product which among other things was not proposed by the manager - there was obviously little to repair) that the possibility of receive a voucher. Much rudeness, IGNORANCE of the legislation on consumer guarantees and EXTREMELY EXPIRY CHINESE PRODUCTS are what I found at I fanizzi-headquarters in Via Sparano.
