Non abito più a Bari da un po’ ma lo ricordavo come un bel negozio per bambini, anche di un certo livello. Ho chiesto alla venditrice, una signora sulla sessantina, di potermi mostrare delle tutine da bimba, la quale apparentemente molto educata e disponibile, in un minuto mi ha mostrato delle proposte. Non avendo trovato quel che cercavo, molto velocemente, senza esitare o trattenerla più del dovuto, l’ho ringraziata...ecco che tutt’un tratto, la gentilezza e la professionalità della signora sono andate a farsi benedire, liquidandomi in maniera sgarbata, con tono scortese, e dando a me e alla mia mamma praticamente le spalle. Lavoro nel Retail da tempo, so cosa vuol dire lavorare a contatto con le persone, so cosa è la professionalità e la gentilezza che bisogna in ogni circostanza mostrare al cliente, anche in momenti di particolare stanchezza. Tutto ciò anche e soprattutto per tenere alto il nome di una boutique, la reputazione di un’azienda. Purtroppo non ho trovato nulla di tutto ciò nella mia breve e spiacevole esperienza nel negozio Fiori Blu. Sicuramente non consiglierò questa boutique, di cui ahimè, ho dovuto ricredermi per via della venditrice che non ha saputo fare il suo lavoro e alla quale ricordo che il negozio “lo fanno” le persone che ci lavorano dentro. O. S. I review on behalf of my wife: I was this morning in the shop in via Argiro. I haven't lived in Bari for a while but I remembered it as a nice shop for children, even of a certain level. I asked the seller, a lady in her sixties, to be able to show me some baby rompers, who apparently very polite and helpful, in a minute she showed me some proposals. Not having found what I was looking for, very quickly, without hesitating or holding her back more than necessary, I thanked her ... all of a sudden, the kindness and professionalism of the lady went to be blessed, liquidating me in a rude way, with a rude tone, and practically giving my mom and me their backs. I have been working in Retail for a long time, I know what it means to work in contact with people, I know what the professionalism and kindness that must be shown to the customer in every circumstance, even in moments of particular tiredness is. All this also and above all to keep up the name of a boutique, the reputation of a company. Unfortunately, I did not find any of this in my short and unpleasant experience in the Fiori Blu shop. I will certainly not recommend this boutique, of which alas, I had to change my mind because of the seller who did not know how to do her job and to whom I remember that the shop "do" the people who work in it.
