Peccato perché il locale é spazioso e la serata con la musica dal vivo poteva essere decisamente migliore.
Una persona in più in sala penso avrebbe dato un grandissimo aiuto.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Locale accogliente dall'aria informale sia per famiglie, coppie ed amici. Il ragazzo che ci ha serviti simpatico e preparato il cibo di qualità tradizionale ma nn solo.. fanno anche musica il venerdì sicuramente tornerò??
A welcoming, informal venue for families, couples and friends. The guy who served us nice and prepared the traditional quality food but not only .. they also make music on Friday I will definitely be back

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho provato questo ristorante per caso in una domenica in giro per i castelli e la sorte mi ha davvero aiutato. Domenica a pranzo sono capitato al "pranzo della nonna". Ho mangiato come non mangiavo da anni in termini di qualità e quantità riscoprendo i sapori di casa. Questo non vuol dire che il locale si sia dimenticato o abbia trascurato il presente. Il bancone per i cocktail è degno di un club newyorkese o di lounge milanese. La competenza di chi c'è dietro quel bancone è estrema e la sua personalità vi terrà con i piedi per terra, ai castelli, rendendo il nome del posto, miscelato, il nome perfetto per questo locale. Dimenticavo di dirvi che il bancone si 'miscela' in una piazzetta tipicamente romana. Bisogna andarci per capirlo. Dopo uno (o due) cocktail degno di questo nome potrete mandare in pensione vostra nonna con un pranzo come ai bei vecchi tempi. Ci ritorneró a cena. Promesso!!!!
I tried this restaurant by chance on a Sunday around the castles and luck really helped me. Sunday for lunch I happened to be at "grandma's lunch". I ate like I hadn't eaten in years in terms of quality and quantity, rediscovering the flavors of home. This does not mean that the venue has forgotten or neglected the present. The cocktail counter is worthy of a New York club or a Milanese lounge. The competence of those behind that counter is extreme and their personality will keep you on the ground, at the castles, making the name of the place, mixed, the perfect name for this place. I forgot to tell you that the counter 'mixes' in a typically Roman square. You have to go there to understand it. After one (or two) cocktails worthy of the name you can retire your grandmother with a lunch like in the good old days. I'll be back for dinner. Promised !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottimo menù sempre con sorprese da provare. Selezione di vini e birre ampia e variegata, per soddisfare ogni esigenza. Un servizio dal tono a prima vista semplice ma che è invece curato e offre l'atmosfera di un locale in divenire, come dice appunto il nome. La splendida cornice del giardino che affaccia su Roma è imperdibile. Personale cortese, competente, disponibile e molto simpatico! Consigliato!
Always great menu with surprises to try. A wide and varied selection of wines and beers to satisfy every need. A service with a tone that is at first sight simple but that is taken care of and offers the atmosphere of a local in progress, as its name says. The splendid setting of the garden overlooking Rome is a must. Courteous, competent, helpful and very nice staff! Recommended!

Parcheggio agevole da trovare.
Veniamo accolti dal padrone,ci fa accomodare.
Eravamo 4 adulti e 3 bambine.
Attendiamo un po' prima che ci porti il menu(semplice ).
Ulteriore attesa per le ordinazioni.
Prendiamo 2 antipasti,2 pinse,1 raviolo,3 hamburger,1 pasta al pesto, 2 porzioni di patatine,1 cacciatora mista,2 dolci,3 caffe,2 acque,1 cocacola in lattina.
Antipasti semplici,nulla di particolare. Salumi e formaggi ok.
Pinse buone,ho solo un dubbio che riguarda l'impasto,non mi è sembrata farina 100% per pinsa,cmq digeribile.
Raviolo buono,sfoglia tirata il giusto,due appunti,nduja poco presente e porzione piccola.
Cacciatora mista buona ma così come i ravioli,la porzione risultava piccola.
Hamburger buoni.
Patatine troppo unte,probabilmente l'olio non era a temperatura.
Crema di caffè buona,non credo fosse stata sifonata,ma risultava bella compatta.
Caffè non bruciati.
Nel complesso ci si rende conto che sono all'inizio,forse devono valutare bene il food cost.
Tempi di attesa decisamente lunghi.
Da rivedere le tempistiche della cucina.
Sul menù, di fianco ad ogni piatto c'è segnato un minutaggio...ho chiesto delucidazioni al padrone,mi ha risposto che quello è il tempo di attesa del piatto.
Consiglio,eliminate dal menù quella voce.
Da rivalutare tra qualche tempo. La cucina non è male ma è da ottimizzare il tutto.

Tried by chance. The restaurant looks like a unique environment, where on one side there is a bar counter and on the other tables.
Easy to find parking.
We are greeted by the owner, he makes us sit down.
We were 4 adults and 3 girls.
Let's wait a while before he brings us the (simple) menu.

We take 2 appetizers, 2 pints, 1 raviolo, 3 hamburgers, 1 pasta with pesto, 2 portions of chips, 1 mixed game, 2 desserts, 3 coffees, 2 waters, 1 can of cocacola.
Simple appetizers, nothing special. Salami and cheeses ok.
Good pints, I have only one doubt regarding the dough, it didn't seem like 100% flour for pinsa, anyway digestible.
Good ravioli, rolled out the right, two notes, little present nduja and small portion.
Good mixed Cacciatora but as well as ravioli, the portion was small.
Good burgers.
Too greasy chips, probably the oil was not at temperature.
Good coffee cream, I don't think it had been siphoned, but it was pretty compact.
Unburnt coffee.
Overall, we realize that they are at the beginning, perhaps they have to evaluate the food cost well.
Definitely long waiting times.

Tip, remove that item from the menu.
