★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho ristrutturato casa ed ho acquistato tutto da Miroma e sono soddisfattissimo della scelta fatta: vasta scelta di prodotti ad un prezzo vantaggiosissimo, consegne effettuate puntualmente senza nessun tipo di intoppo.
Da sottolineare la grande professionalità e la profonda competenza dimostrate da Maurizio nei nostri confronti durante tutto il "percorso di scelta": ci ha seguito con grande dedizione e pazienza sin dal primo momento in cui abbiamo messo piede al negozio, riuscendo sempre a fugare ogni nostro dubbio in caso di indecisione ma soprattutto ha avuto la grandissima capacità di capire sempre quello che realmente cercavamo per la nostra casa indirizzandoci ogni volta su quella che si è poi dimostrata essere la scelta giusta!
Non potevo scegliere di meglio!

To underline the great professionalism and profound competence shown by Maurizio towards us throughout the "path of choice": he followed us with great dedication and patience from the first moment we set foot in the shop, always managing to dispel all our doubt in case of indecision but above all he had the great ability to always understand what we were really looking for for our home, addressing us every time on what has proved to be the right choice!

Dipendenti competenti e gentili, particolarmente la Sig. Lina, che con grande gentilezza propone sempre buone soluzioni.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza da dimenticare: sono stato praticamente derubato di 119,00 €: il costo di un box doccia , ordinato il 6 maggio 2021, pervenuto dopo 3 mesi circa dopo mie varie sollecitazioni e lamentele, in parte incompleto (mancano 4 angolari senza i quali il box non si può montare) e con un'anta filata. Innumerevoli i contatti per telefono e per e-mail con il signor Maurizio che mi aveva più volte promesso la risoluzione del problema o alternativamente la restituzione della spesa: mai visti nè l'uno nè l'altro.
Purtroppo la miserabilità non ha confini. E' giunta l'ora di passare all'azione legale.
Vergogna!!

Experience to forget: I was practically robbed of € 119.00: the cost of a shower cubicle, ordered on May 6, 2021, received after about 3 months after my various requests and complaints, partially incomplete (missing 4 corner pieces without which the box cannot be assembled) and with a spun door. Countless contacts by phone and e-mail with Mr. Maurizio who had promised me several times the resolution of the problem or alternatively the return of the shopping: never seen neither one nor the other.
Unfortunately, miserability knows no bounds. It is time to take legal action.
Shame!!
