★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non andate a comprare, all' inizio sono cortesi e disponibile fino a quando non prendono l intero importo e poi alla consegna vengono persone non qualificate vanno di fretta e montano roba non ordinata con la scusa che Ve la cambiano a breve, poi ogni settimana rimandano, ho speso ,30 Milà euro ordinandoli a gennaio e ad oggi mi arriva la telefonata il giorno prima dicendo che non é arrivato i ricambi

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ditta che quando li chiami non fanno altro che dire che faranno di tutto per risolvere e sistemare per poi chiamare l'operaio e dare fretta, persone incompetenti e dopo aver fatto sopralluoghi e stabilito dopo svariate foto e chiamate si presentano dopo due mesi con mobili sbagliati, partendo dal proprietario Gerardo Borgia e anche il signor mino tante parole pochi fatti ,mi ritrovo dopo 6 mesi che ho casa incompleta e per di più ho saldato già tutto

Hanno trasportato i mobili per le scale rovinando tutti i muri appena imbiancati, hanno rovinato i portoncini dei miei vicini, hanno sbagliato a darmi le misure dei mobili che non sono andati come avrebbero dovuto. Per montare una cucina e una paretina attrezzata, una cameretta e una camera da letto ci sono voluti 4 giorni perché c era un unico montatore. Hanno rovinato un momento che doveva essere bellissimo, é stato un incubo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho comprato da loro la mia camera da letto e mi sono resa conto di quanto siano pessimi i loro prodotti in qualità : il cassetto interno dell Armadio non è mai stato montato bene e di conseguenza essendo storto ha problemi ad aprirsi e a chiudersi. La cosa che mi fa incavolare di più è che il primo cassetto del comò grande si è praticamente sfondato non mettendoci quasi nulla all'interno...e quindi ora è inutilizzabile. Sono senza parole. Dopo 2 anni la mia camera è quasi da cambiare. Grazie mille.

Mi hanno chiamato per la consegna della cameretta mi hanno dato appuntamento alle 9:00 del mattino e si sono presentati alle 16:00 del pomeriggio. Non potendo completare sono venuti il giorno dopo ma con il letto che non avevo scelto io se lo sono portati e solo dopo 3 mesi mi hanno consegnato un letto con una rete che dopo un mese si è rotta sono andato in negozio per chiedere di sostituirla hanno detto che venivano a controllare ma alla fine non è venuto mai nessuno così sono stato costretto a comprare un altra rete altrove.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spero che leggete la mia recensione che mi viene veramente dal cuore, non ho mai incontrato persone così poco professionali. Questo negozio secondo me è andato avanti proprio perché invece di vendere qualità e servizio fa I pacchi . Con me e capitato a inizio luglio prenoto cucina camera da letto e parete attrezzata pago e aspetto la consegna fissata per la fine del mese, apposto. Il giorno prima mi reco in sede e mi dicono che la cucina non era arrivata e dovevo aspettare a settembre per me era un bel danno visto che mi trasferivo in una nuava abitazione e mi serviva tutto l arredo.scelgo su due piedi un altra cucina allo stesso prezzo e la ricevo un bidone sia per la qualità che per l incompetenza nel montaggio dopo due giorni mi completano il montaggio con una parete attrezzata uscita rotta al interno.. Sto da settembre ad aspettare il signor mino che si fa vivo dopo tanti solleciti.. Ma penso che l unico errore e stato il mio andare in quel negozio..
