★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Presso questo negozio ho acquistato i pavimenti per la mia abitazione, dopo aver vagliato varie possibilità la scelta è caduta su un grès della Cotto D'Este che secondo il negoziante rappresentava il top dei prodotti di questo tipo. Pur avendo pagato una prima scelta mi è stato consegnato un pavimento di pessima qualità con macchie e scheggiature ed in risposta alle mie rimostranze mi è stato detto che il prodotto è fuori produzione. VI SUGGERISCO VIVAMENTE DI EVITARE DI EFFETTUARE ACQUISTI IN QUESTO NEGOZIO.
At this shop I bought the floors for my home, after having examined various possibilities, the choice fell on a Cotto D'Este stoneware which according to the shopkeeper represented the top of the products of this type. Although I paid for a first choice, I was given a poor quality floor with stains and chips and in response to my complaints I was told that the product is out of production. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND YOU TO AVOID PURCHASING IN THIS STORE.

Bene, io come sempre devo verificare prima di giudicare e mi sono recato nel punto vendita di Aversa nei pressi della metro.
Entro ed immediatamente capisco che l’accoglienza e’ particolare: competenza, cortesia e professionalità....tutte qualità riscontrate in Rita, che ci ha guidato e consigliato in tutte le scelte e seguito nel post vendita.
Ampia scelta di prodotti e ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non posso far altro che ritenermi più che soddisfatta. Esagono è un negozio con materiali ottimi e una vastissima scelta delle migliori marche a prezzi assolutamente competitivi. Sono stati tutti molto gentili con noi ma io devo ringraziare più di tutti Rita, non solo per la sua dolcezza e la sua pazienza, ma soprattutto per la sua preparazione e la sua professionalità. Mi ha aiutato moltissimo, cercando di assendare e capire tutte le mie richieste, si è scambiata con me decine di email, allegando foto e prezzi, rispettando il ns. budget, trovando soluzioni, dandomi consigli intelligenti e facendo osservazioni utilissime. La sua pazienza e la sua bravura sono state per noi la svolta: senza di lei non saremmo riusciti a trovare la quadra per tutti i materiali e i dettagli dei nuovi bagni di casa. Si sarebbe meritata una statua!! Quindi diamo 5 stelle a occhi chiusi a tutta la squadra e in particolare a Rita! Grazie di cuore!

His patience and skill were the turning point for us: without her we would not have been able to find the square for all the materials and details of the new bathrooms in the house.
