★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nell'arco di un mese io e mia madre abbiamo acquistato 3 paia di sandali dello stesso brand e hanno fatto tutti una pessima fine. Incredule per quanto accaduto e amareggiate per la somma spesa, seppur inferiore a 100€ nel totale, ci siamo recate al negozio per avere quantomeno delle risposte. Le ragazze di turno in quel momento ci hanno fatto capire, nonostante fossimo per loro una momentanea scocciatura, che erano impossibilitate a fornirci qualunque spiegazione e che ci avrebbero fatto contattare da una persona più competente nella gestione dei clienti e dei relativi problemi. Abbiamo lasciato loro il numero di telefono per essere contattate su loro suggerimento per trovare insieme una soluzione. Oggi è sabato 7 settembre, ci siamo recati da loro martedì e nessuno ha provato a contattarci. Abbiamo acquistato spesso in questo negozio, penso non succederà più.
Over the course of a month, my mother and I bought 3 pairs of sandals of the same brand and all made a terrible end. Incredulous for what happened and embittered for the sum spent, although less than € 100 in total, we went to the store to get at least some answers. The girls on duty at that time made us understand, although we were a temporary nuisance to them, that they were unable to provide us with any explanation and that they would have us contacted by a more competent person in the management of clients and related problems. We left them the phone number to be contacted on their suggestion to find a solution together. Today is Saturday 7 September, we visited them on Tuesday and nobody tried to contact us. We have often bought in this store, I think it will never happen again.
