io nella persona di MONTIRONI IVANO ho prenotato una visita presso ravenna 33 AMBULATORIO SPCIALISTICO
GASTROENTEROLOGIA alle ore 12,20 . proveniente da RIMINI mi presento causa traffico e lavori stradali alle ore
12,33 alla reception del centro , mi sono visto rifiutata la visita poiche' in ritardo di 13 minuti !!! la giustificazione e' stata che la dottoressa NON MI HA POTUTO VISITARE poinche' doveva andare via di corsa
testuali parole. nonostante abbia fatto 1oo km fra andata e ritorno. ho fissato una nuova visita presso ospedale
bufalini di cesena il giorno 12/08 ore 15,00
chiedo
per cortesia non mi venga applicata la sanzione poiche' la mancata visita non dipende dalla mia volonta' o negligenza.

I in the person of MONTIRONI IVANO have booked a visit to Ravenna 33 SPCIALISTIC OUTPATIENT
GASTROENTEROLOGY at 12.20. coming from RIMINI I introduce myself due to traffic and road works at hours
12.33 at the reception of the center, I was refused the visit because I was 13 minutes late !!! the justification was that the doctor could NOT VISIT ME because she had to run away
textual words. despite having covered 1oo km there and back. I have scheduled a new visit to the hospital
buffaloes of cesena on 12/08 at 3.00 pm
I ask
please do not apply the sanction since the missed visit does not depend on my will or negligence.
