1) O scrivete una e-mail e vi risponderanno nel 2000 non si sa.
2) Andate di persona e lamentatevi più ce potete per richiedere un riscontro faccia a faccia o come minimo una risposta entro 30 giorni a eventuali e-mail inviate come stabilito dalla legge.

 Forget short and concise answers, forget to talk to the switchboard, forget to speak to an office contact person, forget to talk to a Coordinator, the only options are 2;
1) Or write an e-mail and they will answer you in 2000 you don't know.
2) Go in person and complain as much as you can to request a face-to-face response or at least a response within 30 days to any emails sent as required by law.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dovrebbero chiamarlo ministero della bassa istruzione e della scuola degli ignoranti. Promuove riforme mal organizzate e ridicolmente portate avanti come l'alternanza scuola lavoro e la nuova maturità del 2019. Adesso ammettono all'esame di stato anche chi è insufficiente perché altrimenti il liceo risulta troppo difficile e ci sono pochi iscritti.
Ma prendete un ministro laureato e cambiate mentalità per favore...
They should call it the ministry of low education and the ignorant school. It promotes poorly organized and ridiculously carried out reforms such as the alternation of school and the new school leaving certificate in 2019. Now they admit to the state exam even those who are insufficient because otherwise high school is too difficult and there are few enrolled.
But take a graduate minister and change your mind please ...
