★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho avuto il piacere di cenare a casa di amici ad Aradeo ed ho mangiato una carne eccezionale: Salsiccia ottima, gnommareddi spettacolari, capocollo morbidissimo e succoso, pancetta saporitissima, arrosticini davvero superlativi, ma soprattutto ho deliziato il palato con dei pezzetti di cavallo davvero fantastici. Tutto preso da Minerba che non conoscevo come macelleria perché non sono del posto ma che mi sento di ringraziare per la qualità della carne che fornisce ai propri clienti ai quali mi aggiungerò sicuramente anche io. Complimenti ?????? e grazie agli amici di Aradeo che mi hanno fatto scoprire questa carne deliziosa ?
I had the pleasure of dining at a friend's house in Aradeo and I ate an exceptional meat: excellent sausage, spectacular gnommareddi, very soft and juicy capocollo, very tasty bacon, really superb kebabs, but above all I delighted the palate with really fantastic bits of horse . All taken from Minerba that I did not know as a butcher because I am not from the place but I would like to thank for the quality of the meat that it supplies to its customers to whom I will surely add myself too. Congratulations ?????? and thanks to the friends of Aradeo who made me discover this delicious meat ?
