Non ci è stato detto che dovevamo fare il tampone a nostra figlia di appena 2 anni, per poterci imbarcare e fare la crociera(il nostro viaggio di nozze!!!), anche se noi lo abbiamo chiesto più volte, e siamo rimasti a Lecce... un'impresa poi arrivare a Napoli, dove partiva la nostra nave. Senza contare che non sapevamo neanche che per poter scendere dalla nave bisognava necessariamente fare le escursioni con MSC. Insomma molti "dettagli" sono stati omessi, se così possiamo dire! Little professionalism !!! We were not told that we had to swab our 2-year-old daughter to be able to embark and do the cruise (our honeymoon !!!), even though we asked for it several times, and we stayed in Lecce. ... then it was a challenge to get to Naples, where our ship left. Not to mention that we did not even know that in order to get off the ship it was necessary to go on excursions with MSC. In short, many "details" have been omitted, if we can say so!

Sconsigliatissimo! Ability to propose alternatives / solutions equal to zero ... easier and more convenient to make the customer renounce to anticipate and pay the penalty ... Never again ... Not recommended!
