★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Veramente una brutta esperienza. Richiesto il menù da 20 euro per 21 adulti cui abbiamo aggiunto 4 euro per i contorni e 5 euro per 13 bambini. Il risultato è stato disastroso. Non abbiamo ricevuto tutta la carne ordinata e quella servita è stata cotta molto male. La carne è stata cotta alla fiamma per cui gli hamburger ed i turcinieddri erano bruciati fuori e crudi dentro. Stessa cosa la salsiccia, alcune parti erano carbonizzate. La tagliata dura ed immangiabile. Che dire delle bistecche la cui cottura, spacciata per "al sangue" si limitava ad una leggera inbrunitura delle due facce. Dulcis in fundo i contorni, costati a conti fatti ben 84 euro, rappresentati da due soli vassoietti di melanzane (arrostite e sottolio) e 1 vassoio di barbabietole. L'idea dell'arrosto a domicilio è sicuramente interessante e scenografica, ma poi sarebbe giusto anche poter mangiare il risultato.
Really a bad experience. Requested the 20 euro menu for 21 adults to which we added 4 euro for side dishes and 5 euro for 13 children. The result was disastrous. We didn't get all the meat ordered and the one served was very poorly cooked. The meat was cooked over a flame so the hamburgers and turcinieddri were burnt on the outside and raw inside. Same thing as the sausage, some parts were charred. The cut hard and inedible. What about the steaks whose cooking, passed off as "rare" was limited to a slight browning of the two sides. Last but not least the side dishes, costing on balance 84 euros, represented by only two trays of aubergines (roasted and in oil) and 1 tray of beets. The idea of the roast at home is certainly interesting and scenographic, but then it would also be right to be able to eat the result.
