Nice store but Incorrect !!!!! Forget the changes .... They told me by telephone to go as a person .... Then after I went there they asked me to go on other days, I said it was impossible due to work but the problem was not theirs ..... moral: change nn made.

Il prezzo pagato è stato sensibilmente più basso rispetto alla concorrenza online. Le scarpe sono originali anche perché ne ho un paio identico più vecchio con cui confrontarle. Ho contattato telefonicamente il servizio clienti per un problema sull'indirizzo di spedizione fornito e non solo ho ricevuto immediatamente assistenza ma avevano già sistemato autonomamente l'inghippo. Tirando le conclusioni non posso che parlare bene della mia esperienza e del negozio.
I have read uninspiring reviews so I feel a moral obligation to review my experience. I purchased a pair of shoes online. The price paid was significantly lower than the online competition. The shoes are also original because I have an older identical pair to compare them with. I contacted customer service by phone for a problem with the shipping address provided and not only did I immediately receive assistance but they had already sorted out the catch on their own. In drawing conclusions, I can only speak highly of my experience and the shop.

Con le buone maniere e educazione sono a disposizione su tutto pur di accontentare la clientela.
Per esperienza non posso non consigliare questo super store?
I am a demanding customer and I would never change this store as it is a historic shop where you can always find everything if it were not the case, they know what to recommend for both shoes and clothing.
With good manners and education I am available on everything to please the customers.
From experience I cannot recommend this super store?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acquisto originale con prezzo veramente basso. Poi visto che ai nuovi iscritti facevano 10 euro di sconto sul primo acquisto mi hanno rimborsato anche se avevo sbagliato s nonettere codice. Personalmente darei 10 stelle.
Original purchase with very low price. Then, seeing that new subscribers made a 10 euro discount on the first purchase, they refunded me even if I had made a mistake with no code. Personally I would give it 10 stars.
