L'addetta alle vendite molto brava, professionale e anche gentile, ma se decidi di coccolare il cliente fallo con chiarezza perchè ci metti la faccia e rappresenti un'azienda che io ritenevo seria. Mi ritrovata a pagare 3 paia di scarpe convinta di pagarne solo due. Brava ottima venditrice ma non mi hai lasciato una bella esperienza!
I share sales techniques with code words, with deviant information and knowing how to trick the customer. But being unclear makes me feel cheated. The saleswoman is very good, professional and also kind, but if you decide to pamper the customer make it clear why you put your face and represent a company that I thought was serious. I found myself paying 3 pairs of convinced to pay only two shoes. Good saleswoman but you didn't leave me a good experience!
