l	luisa luceri on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo il servizio,personale alle prime armi,incapace totalmente di gestire e fornire correttamente il servizio.ASSOLUTAMENTE SCONSIGLIATO il coupon Groupon per occhiali da vista perché gli occhiali che mettono a disposizione sono di scarsissimo valore,vecchi e per poterli visionare mi hanno fatto appuntamento dopo 2 settimane di attesa perché fossero disponibili.Un mediocre escamotage per portare clienti che non sanno gestire,né fidelizzare ad acquistare gli occhiali sovraprezzati che hanno invece esposti.Locale giustamente sempre vuoto,personale sempre seduto al PC non si sa a fare cosa vista la scarsissima affluenza e la loro totale incapacità.Girato in loco via mail il coupon mi hanno dato appuntamento dopo 2 settimane in attesa che arrivasse il ciarpame che poi mi hanno detto essere quello selezionato per Groupon.Nel giorno stabilito mi hanno messo in attesa 15 minuti perché non trovavano la prenotazione.Ho acquistato a prezzo pieno e pagato anticipatamente delle lenti a contatto che ci hanno messo più di una settimana per essere consegnate.MAI PIÙ.Purtroppo per loro è SCONSIGLIATISSIMO.Risparmi davvero dove ricevi un buon prodotto e un buon servizio,non qui. Ci tanti ottici migliori. L’accoglienza ed il trattamento ricevuto, dilettante e sgradevole, mi hanno riportato alla mente l’acquisto effettuato una settimana prima presto l’ottica Milleocchiali di via Appia. Debbo riconoscere che il locale di via Appia è ben strutturato per gli acquisti dei clienti, specie per i più raffinati ed esigenti. Ma la magnificenza della professionalità, dell’accoglienza e anche della simpatia, che non guasta, trovate all’unisono in un locale commerciale, mi ha letteralmente lasciato entusiasta. Vorrei complimentarmi e menzionare: Maurizio, ottico dal bianco camice; Lucia, paziente e molto professionale; Non ricordo il nome della signora di Castrovillari, anche lei graziosa e gentile. I must admit that the Via Appia restaurant is well structured for customer purchases, especially for the most refined and demanding. c	cristina magnante on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza perchè con l'acquisto di un coupon che prevedeva la fornitura della montatura "grandi marchi" NON C' ERA ASSOLUTAMENTE NULLA di decente, 4 montature in croce di pessima fattura e vecchio tipo in materiale scadente, non mi aspettavo di certo il brand Armani sebbene menzionato nel coupon, ma almeno qualcosa di discreto in cui alloggiare le nuove lenti. Ho dovuto ripiegare sulla montatura che già avevo perchè non ho avuto alcuna scelta! L impiegato era mortificato! i miei complimenti vanno unicamente a Yuri l 'ottico che mi ha fatto una visita scrupolosissima e professionale, a cui consiglio nuove opportunità vista la poca affidabilità di Mille occhiali. a mai piu. Ambiente pulito. Prezzi: ottimo rapporto qualità - prezzo. Ho preso delle lenti fotocromatiche transition oltre cinque anni fa e sono ancora in ottimo stato (evidentemente mi hanno consigliato bene!) Stesse tipologie di lenti prese altrove hanno avuto vita inferiore ai tre anni! Personally I have always found myself well. Friendly and helpful staff. Wide spaces inside that allow easy movement of wheelchairs. Clean environment. Prices: excellent quality - price ratio. I took some transition photochromic lenses over five years ago and they are still in excellent condition (obviously they advised me well!) The same types of lenses taken elsewhere have had less than three years life!

Ritorno la mattina seguente e il prezzo è maggiorato di bene 80 euro… spiego il tutto e accampano mille scuse che elenco per farvi fare 2 risate: Il prezzo è stato fatto a mano e non al pc (falso) Il collega è nuovo (falso) Erano in chiusura (quindi stanchi) dopo una giornata…. Non avevano capito che tipo di lenti avevano messo e alla fine non passa la promozione della montatura ad 1 euro (ahahaha) Mi hanno proposto alla fine solo una Maggiorazione di 20/30 euro…. Io ne voglio spendere 100 in più ma non da loro… Se avete tempo da perdere andateci (modelli carini e particolari) ma poco professionali! Vogliono avere anche ragione che è la peggio!!! P.S. Risparmiatevi di rispondere con un copia ed incolla…. Ho buttato il mio tempo!!!
