S	Seba Dm on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stato al negozio stamane 15 minuti prima della chiusura per avere delle informazioni su un offerta di occhiali tramite Groupon e finalmente ho trovato la cortesia e la disponibilità che un cliente si augura nel varcare l’ingresso di un negozio. Era da tempo che rimpiangevo gli shop americani a cui ero abituato avendo vissuto negli USA ma quel piccolo negozio di ottica riequilibra molto la bilancia. Nonostante non fossi un cliente standard ma uno che curiosava per usufruire di una super promozione di Groupon il commesso mi ha permesso di vedere tutti i modelli disponibili e indicarmi anche altre varianti all’offerta con lenti fotocromatiche. Sono uscito senza aver speso un soldo e nonostante ciò, ad orario ormai di chiusura il commesso mi ha ringraziato dell’interesse dimostrato e della conoscenza fatta. Se potessi darei 10 stelle anziché 5 per rendergli più giustizia. Il negozio ha dei prezzi imbattibili poiché spazia da marche prestigiose a marche sconosciute per accontentare tutti i tipi di tasche. I materiali delle montature economiche mi sembrano di buona qualità e molto leggeri. Visti gli ottimi prezzi, penso che ritornerò con calma e senza Groupon per scegliere un paio di occhiali con lenti fotocromatiche Anti-Graffio e anti riflesso, dovrei cavarmela con meno di 100€ e senza i vincoli imposti dal cupon. I miei complimenti!!! Sebadm I was at the shop this morning 15 minutes before closing to get information on an offer of glasses through Groupon and finally I found the courtesy and availability that a customer hopes to cross the entrance of a shop. It has been a long time since I regretted the American shops to which I was accustomed having lived in the USA but that small optical shop balances the balance a lot. Although I was not a standard customer but one who was curious to take advantage of a Groupon super promotion, the salesman allowed me to see all the available models and also to indicate other variants to the offer with photochromic lenses. I went out without spending a penny and despite this, at the time of closing the salesman thanked me for the interest shown and the knowledge made. If I could I would give 10 stars instead of 5 to do it more justice. The shop has unbeatable prices since it ranges from prestigious brands to unknown brands to satisfy all types of pockets. The materials of the cheap frames seem to me of good quality and very light. Given the excellent prices, I think I will return calmly and without Groupon to choose a pair of glasses with photochromic Anti-Scratch and anti-reflective lenses, I should get away with less than 100 € and without the constraints imposed by the cupon. P	P on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una settimana fa ho comprato da loro un paio di occhiali polarizzati prezzo buono pagati 80 euro e in più ho chiesto di sostituire le lenti ai miei occhiali da sole normali Rayban anche qui prezzo buono 25 euro la coppia di lenti nuove ma i lati positivi si fermano qui.... Poco fa alle 12 e 55 sono tornato per farmi allargare le aste degli occhiali polarizzati dato che mi stringono e ho i segni dietro le orecchie... i due signori che stavano abbassando la saracinesca del negozio mi hanno ignorato e detto con tono sgarbato di tornare nel pomeriggio. La giovane ragazza bionda poi se la tira in un modo incredibile ed è acida: ieri al momento di cambiare le lenti non mi aveva fatto lo scontrino e quando sono tornato per dire guarda che a me serve per la detrazione nemmeno si è scusata . Hanno una bella gamma di montature da scegliere e sono molto competenti visto che riescono a trovare ciò che cerco. Lo consiglio perché è una piccola azienda di famiglia ma che non fa mancare niente si propri clienti They are great and Roberto is a lot of fun! Incompetent and just on the look out for money, I would say. No interest whatsoever in figuring out why I was complaining of the symptoms I was. Terrible service, do not go to that doctor.
