Ottima degustazione di formaggi, con esaustiva spiegazione dei fari tipi di lavorazione e stagionatura. Abbiamo deciso di comprare tutti i proDotti , che ci sono stati consegnati sigillati. Tutto pulitissimo! Lo consiglio! A pleasant surprise! An organic goat farm, totally mechanized, very kind staff. Excellent cheese tasting, with exhaustive explanation of the types of workmanships and seasoning. We decided to buy all the products, which were delivered to us sealed. All very clean! I advise!

Viaggiamo in sette e tre di noi sono stati spostati in una struttura vicino, sempre facente parte della fattoria, isolata, priva di illuminazione fuori e abbastanza lontana dall'idea che ci eravamo fatti. Invivibile una vacanza così, priva di chiarezza da parte della proprietaria. Dopo esserci resi conto della mancata chiarezza durante la prenotazione abbiamo chiesto una soluzione diversa da quella imposta ma inutile è stato il confronto con la proprietaria che non ha avuto neanche la decenza di presentarsi, facendosi sentire solo telefonicamente. Non voleva neanche rimborsarci, questo è avvenuto solo dopo una lunga trattativa che stava prendendo svolte legali. Fatto sta che abbiamo abbandonato la struttura, rovinando la nostra vacanza. Sconsiglio vivamente. Se questo è il vostro modo di fare turismo dovreste vergognarvi. Fortunately, it is not possible to give less than one star. Bad reception and lack of hospitality. p	patrizia arcidiacono on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale cortese, stanza(miniappartamento) pulita e spaziosa e con mobili pratici però mancavano gli appendini in bagno, e un kit sapone.nella casa non sono previste le lenzuola né gli asciugamani se non a pagamento. La macchinetta del caffè non aveva l"acqua e chissà da quando perché non ha funzionato.il giro in fattoria accreditata come bio ha mostrato delle capre non autoctone che si trovano solo e sempre nella stalla a discapito del Bio! Al limite con una segnalazione per maltrattamenti. I maschi poi si trovano in un recinto piccolissimo.non abbiamo provato i formaggi quindi non possiamo giudicare. Impianto di mungitura di ultima generazione, caseificio e produzione di formaggi uno più buono dell'altro. Ospitalità attenta, collocazione strategica a pochi chilometri dalla borgata marinara di Donnalucata e delle sue splendide spiagge, ma anche base ideale per visitare le perle del barocco o per una gita sull'Etna. Consigliatissimo. A farm with a model farm of goat farming. Latest generation milking plant, dairy and cheese production one better than the other. Attentive hospitality, strategic location a few kilometers from the seaside village of Donnalucata and its splendid beaches, but also an ideal base for visiting the pearls of the Baroque or for a trip to Mount Etna. Highly recommended.

Forse unica pecca il pane da accompagnamento alla ricotta..avrei preferito il pane tipico di pasta dura di Scicli La degustazione dei formaggi perfetta!!!! Esperienza molto positiva, da riprovare. Il personale preparato e molto gentile. Tuttavia la cosa che più mi ha colpito sono i protagonisti della fattoria: caprette e becchi!!! Ambiente pulitissimo e norme anti covid rispettate.
