Gaetano e Adelfio si sono rivelati degli ottimi professionisti e hanno venduto il mio appartamento, che era ad un 4 piano senza ascensore in breve tempo. Li ringrazio e li consiglio a chiunque voglia acquistare o vendere.
I want to leave my review because I found myself very well for the sale of my apartment. Mr. Gaetano and Adelfio proved to be excellent professionals and sold my apartment, which was on a 4th floor without a lift in a short time. I thank them and recommend them to anyone who wants to buy or sell.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo acquistato la nostra casa con loro e devo dire ci siamo trovati benissimo con Adelfio Loritto e Gaetano che ci hanno seguiti, sono stati professionali e super disponibili. Ci hanno seguito fino al rogito e sono stati davvero accomodanti, ci hanno fatto sentire a nostro agio ed è andato tutto bene.
We bought our house with them and I must say we had a great time with Adelfio Loritto and Gaetano who looked after us, they were professional and super helpful. They followed us up to the deed and were really accommodating, made us feel comfortable and everything went well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avevamo appuntamento per visitare un appartamento, ma all’orario previsto non era presente nessun agente immobiliare. Mia moglie chiama l’agenzia e la signora al telefono ci riferisce di non riuscire a contattare l’agente, ma a breve arriverà.
Dopo circa mezz’ora siamo andati via e nessuno ci ha richiamato.
Potrei capire qualsiasi cosa, però bastava solo avvisare o per lo meno scusarsi dopo.
Mai più Gabetti!
We had an appointment to visit an apartment, but no real estate agent was present at the scheduled time. My wife calls the agency and the lady on the phone tells us that she is unable to contact the agent, but she will arrive shortly.
After about half an hour we left and no one called us back.
I could understand anything, but it was enough just to warn or at least apologize later.
Never again Gabetti!

Ovviamente, come tutti, avrei voluto realizzare di più ma i tempi ristretti non me l'hanno permesso. Vorrei ringraziare in modo particolare Matteo e Simona che mi hanno supportato.
In full pandemic I managed to sell my apartment in just 7 months, listening to the advice and following the feedback they gave me after the first visits. Obviously, like everyone else, I wanted to achieve more but the tight deadlines did not allow me. I would like to thank in particular Matteo and Simona who supported me.

Our first home was bought with them. When we needed a bigger solution, we turned to Gabetti Buccinasco again, with absolute confidence. Professional, helpful and very attentive to the customer. We were looked after from start to finish with care. Gaetano and Adelfio are competent people who know how to give the right advice and with whom it is possible to speak transparently, which is not common among the myriad of agencies available.
