Vedo l'appartamento, dopo un paio di giorni chiamo e fisso un appuntamento per fare la proposta. L'agente mi conferma che ho la precedenza perché non c'era nessuno interessato all'appartamento. Due giorni prima dell'appuntamento mi chiama l'agente e mi dice che la casa interessa a un altro acquirente e che deve fare la proposta lo stesso giorno del mio appuntamento e quindi disdice il mio appuntamento. Poco professionali e poca serietà. I turned to this agency because I wanted to buy an apartment. I see the apartment, after a couple of days I call and make an appointment to make the proposal. The agent confirms that I have priority because there was no one interested in the apartment. Two days before the appointment, the agent calls me and tells me that the house is of interest to another buyer and that he has to make the proposal on the same day as my appointment and therefore cancels my appointment. Unprofessional and not very serious.

Per 12 mesi avevo affidato la mia casa a un'altra agenzia molto rinomata di Buccinasco, ma a volte si sa, il nome non è tutto. In un anno a disposizione, questa agenzia non è riuscita a portare una proposta seria, e ancor peggio, mi hanno fatto stare in ballo per 3 mesi dietro a un acquirente con una storia finanziaria poco solida, e nonostante mi avessero assicurato che la banca avrebbe concesso il mutuo, così non è stato... Invece, nel giro di 5 giorni dall'inizio del mandato, Professione Casa mi ha portato una proposta seria e con effetto immediato, senza dover aspettare mutui o chissà cosa. Seri, professionali e di parola. Ringrazio Alessandro e Davide per la velocità e l'efficacia nell'esecuzione della loro strategia di vendita e ringrazio anche Luca, un giovane agente con cui ho avuto il primo contatto, per la gentilezza e il modo di fare senza risultare mai né invadente né troppo insistente.
