★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stefano mi ha seguito nell'acquisto di un appartamento, è stata una trattativa lunga e a tratti estenuante ma grazie alla sua professionalità e lungimiranza è riuscito a portare a buon fine l'acquisto.
Oltre alla trattativa ci siamo trovati anche di fronte ad alcune difficoltà riguardanti la conformità dell'appartamento ma Stefano è sempre stato presente facendo da tramite tra parte venditrice, ingegnere e notaio.
Mi ha sempre aggiornato su tutto ed è sempre stato disponibile ad ascoltare e a confrontarci su aspetti pratici e tecnici.
È giovane, preparato e soprattutto attento e determinato.
Se in futuro dovessi aver nuovamente bisogno sicuramente mi affiderei a lui.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cosa dire quando trovi in appartamento che ti piace si cerca di acquistarlo, la differenza la fa l'intermediario, la professionalità le ricerche di eventuali problematiche e la soluzione delle stesse, se ce ne fossero e il fare da cuscinetto tra chi vende e acquista. Stefano su questo e stato disponibile in tutto ottimo mediatore e ha veramente fatto gli interessi di chi vende e chi acquista .

Chi vede chi acquista e agente immobiliare , nel nostro caso è andata così lo consiglio vivamente e per assurdo quasi felice di aver pagato prodigione
