The bus is good and the bus driver is an expert.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wiste of money, bought the two of 3 days city transportation card they cost me 40 euro. In the website they stated that i can buy it online and use it but unfortunately couldn't after purchaseing they will let you know that you have to collect the visical card from there office

We traveled on the 17th April 2022, this is not a complain but we wish we were briefed well before booking the trip! make sure to ask if its the bernina express??? if you wish to travel on the bernina express it self this tour clearly is NOT the one! we booked a tour thinking that it was the bernina express but i guess its just a regional train which is RED ? also we thought they take us up to tirano and we get on the train go to st Moritz and take the train back to Tirano! instead they took us to st. moritz by bus which is fine and beautiful of cause but i personaly think we missed lot of attractions such as the famous arc!!! as the train come down out of the cave its a pity we couldn’t see anything! on the way back from tirano by bus was super long and boring. the driver was on the phone almost half of the joney back to milano! the driver and the tour guide kept talking so loud and gave us a headache to be honest we couldn’t wait to get off the bus and escape!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very dissaponited. My friends and I got scamed into buying two tickets for the same ride as told by the driver who “couldn’t understand English”. When we noticed that other passangers didn’t need to buy any tickets for the way back (from Seravalle) and were allowed to enter the bus the driver convinced us that the whole situation will be solved by the travel agency since he is not able to make any refunds. This was not the case and I only received a passive aggressive email from Alina Kharitonova-Zani Viaggi representative even if I presented proof of every ticket that we bought so it would be more than clear that we were charged twice for the same ride.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rubbish company, they don't have any costumers support, none communication at all. They will take your money and sent you with a driver who drops you off anywhere in the way back. Worst experience ever! Don't waste your money here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got scammed into buying a return ticket even if the original one was a round trip type. I eventually emailed the travel agency presenting the two tickets for the same ride but no refund was made.
Avoid this company or be aware not to get scammed if you’re a tourist!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We bought the tickets to Seravalle outlet at this visitor center . We paid 20 eur for return ticket per person. The bus stop is literally 2 min from the visitor center . Please note that probably due to Covid they are leaving at 10 am and leaving Seravalle at 18:15 so it’s trip for the full day . The one way will take up to 1,15-1,30 h depends on the traffic

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked their Lake Como tour through Expedia. Our tour guide Joe was amazing spoke English perfectly and was very knowledgeable. My only complaint was the meet up time. Our booking said that departure was at 8:30am and should be at the meet up by 8am. I woke up early and was at the meet up around 7:45 it was 8:30am and there was no sign of anyone. I tried calling the agency but the number provided on Expedia apparently was disconnected. I was panicking until luckily someone else arrive and advice that her booking said 9:00am. The bus showed up around 9am there should be better communication on the reservation other than that great tour.
