★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although I did not personally stay here, I am definitely giving Milan Royal Suites 5 stars. We walked in to see if they have vacancy. Unfortunately they had no rooms available but the receptionist was SO Soo helpful. She allowed us to use their wifi, called a neighboring hotel for us and even offered to allow us to leave our luggage until our room was ready.
Customer service is super important. They deserve 5 and more stars!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Milan Royal Suites has exceptional service. Although they were fully booked the receptionist helped us find a hotel by personally calling a colleague.
There style is modern and very sophisticated. Next time we are in Milan we will stay with them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our stay in Milan Royal Suites was short and sweet but still delivered exceptional and brilliant service. We would stay here again and plan to if we return to Milan. Aminor addition may be to include some more foreign channels such as the BBC News but otherwise we couldnt ask for more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The apartment in Via Romagnosi we got at first was very good, luxury, so we decided to rent a second time directly with the company. This time, however, we were given an apartment on the same building but that doesn’t fit the luxury we paid. The kitchen and toilet are very tired, the sofa needs some renewal, the smell is very bad, the flooring is really needing a change, etc....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a very bad experience with this company. The apartment we booked did not correspond to the description. It was tired, the couch was dirty and it had 3 rooms, but only one bathroom accessible only via the main bedroom. No windows in the kitchen, living room and the second bedroom. We stayed for 1 night out of 3 and the company charged us the whole amount of the booking. They made me sign an agreement that they keep half of the total for our 1 night stay and they return the rest. I still did not get a refund and I am now in process of filing a complaint with Guardia di Finanza di Milano.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The apartment is great in terms of location and layout. Big bathrooms, comfortable beds, the idea of neutral design is nice, some furniture is new, the evidence left in a drawer. The kitchen is tired, the door leading to the apartment is a bit oldish, the bathroom with black mold on the ceiling, no place to hand big towels in one of the bathrooms, so they stay wet and you need to fold and place them in some inappropriate places; no place to hang coats at the entrance; in the kitchen there should be kitchen towels and some cleaning cloths for cleaning the dining table; there is a washing machine but no drying rack. The adjective Luxury is not really suitable for the apartment. But some attention to the detail and refreshment of some small areas could definitely change the situation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our third time using Milan Royal Suites for our visits to Milan. Like the apartments, previously they moved us as we were expecting a washing machine. Our apartment Bizet1 was best we have stayed in. Check in is easy and appreciated an early Check-in when we arrived at 9am. Being able to leave bags at reception when leaving late is also handy. Will hope to use again. Thanks for good service

SUITE ROSSINI IV. It was very clean and convenient. It is right on the tram line and is a noisy in the early morning and late night. But, It didn't bother us too much. Thank You! Was a great stay and we will be back.
