★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Appartamento ben tenuto, pulito e sicuramente in posizione strategica, MA sconsigliatissimo in inverno. Gli infissi sono vecchi, pieni di spifferi e a riscaldare la casa vi sono solo due pompe di calore e il termoarredo in bagno. Se si rientra in casa solo la sera, le pompe di calore devono essere tenute accese tutto il giorno per poter dormire e cenare con un minimo di tepore. Il giorno del mio arrivo la casa era probabilmente chiusa e non riscaldata da diversi giorni, senza un impianto di riscaldamento con termosifoni, essendo dicembre, é stato praticamente come entrare in un garage, stessa temperatura. Inoltre nell'armadio non c'era nemmeno una coperta aggiuntiva, ho dovuto estrarre un piumino da sotto le doghe del letto. Non avendo un sacco per quest'ultimo vi lascio Immaginare quanta polvere ho respirato, almeno però mi ha salvato dal freddo. Consiglio inoltre ai proprietari di fare controllare la chiave e/o la serratura del portone d'ingresso, perché più di una volta aprirlo é stato davvero difficoltoso. Infine se volete usare la lavastoviglie dovrete portarvi le pastiglie da casa perché in dotazione c'è una sola pastiglia oppure il detersivo per i piatti. Di sicuro questa non è una grave mancanza, ma sicuramente denota una scarsa attenzione per l'ospite. Ah anche la TV in sala é scarsamente funzionante e il telecomando proprio non va.

The windows are old, drafty and there are only two heat pumps and a heated towel rack in the bathroom to heat the house. If you return home only in the evening, the heat pumps must be kept on all day to be able to sleep and dine with a minimum of warmth. On the day of my arrival the house was probably closed and unheated for several days, without a heating system with radiators, being December, it was practically like entering a garage, the same temperature. In addition, there was not even an additional blanket in the wardrobe, I had to take out a duvet from under the bed slats. Not having a lot for the latter I leave you Imagine how much dust I breathed, at least however it saved me from the cold. I also recommend the owners to have the key and / or lock of the entrance door checked, because more than once it has been very difficult to open. Finally, if you want to use the dishwasher you will need to bring your home tablets because there is only one tablet or detergent for the dishes. Certainly this is not a serious shortcoming, but it certainly denotes a lack of attention for the guest. Ah even the TV in the room is poorly functioning and the remote control just doesn't work.
