Quando ho chiesto spiegazioni, mi hanno trattato malissimo come se il problema fossi io che avevo come pretese quella di aver il cellulare funzionante. E oltre ad avermi fatto fare avanti e indietro più volte, visto che non sono di Lecce, mi hanno fatto pagare tanto e non mi hanno neanche chiesto scusa per il disguido, anzi mi hanno fatto passare per pazza davanti agli altri clienti. Da rivenditore porto dei telefoni nella loro sede di via Vernole, dopo due settimane ritornl a ritirarli sempre in via Vernole (non una mail o un messaggio da parte loro) mi dicono che uno dei cellulari si trova in via Giammatteo. Vado in via Giammatteo, l'addetto guarda sul pc e mi comunica che il cellulare è in via Vernole. Gli dico che in via Vernole ci ero appena stato la risposta è stata: " che ti devo fare io, se lo hai consegnato là perché sei venuto a ritirarlo qua?". Questo è il livello, se fossero organizzati tanto quanto sono arroganti sarebbero i migliori di Italia. Senza parlare di cellulari che vanno e vengono con lo stesso problema, altri disagi, e aria di superiorità come se ti stessero facendo un favore. Io ho cambiato centro di assistenza, se come rivenditore che porto 3/4 smartphone a settimana vengo trattato così non immagino ai clienti normali che trattamenti riservino. Mi hanno detto di aver risolto il problema che era a sua volta un aggiornamento del firmware e che sarebbe andato bene. A	Anna Turi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho affidato uno smartphone nuovissimo ( 2 mesi di vita) con qualche problema di funzionamento hardware, me lo hanno restituito dopo 3 mesi di sollecitazioni, distrutto e inutilizzabile, con la cover posteriore semistaccata con l'evidente uso di un mastice rozzo e poco professionale. State alla larga!!! Persone inaffidabili da tutti i punti di vista. Ricorda? Era un P20 Lite e me l'ha consegnato proprio come indicato nelle foto dopo tre mesi. ....
