F	Filippo Ventrella on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un complimento, ironico ovviamente, a chi ha lasciato disoccupata la mia ragazza dopo 3 anni di apprendistato dicendo "non ti vediamo ancora sicura", quando da un anno lavorava da sola in smart, e al posto suo hanno dovuto prendere altri 2 dipendenti incapaci nello svolgere quel tipo di mansione ...complimenti anche alla classe sindacale completamente ignorante presente in azienda,e lo dico da sindacalista, evidentemente sono i classici sindacalisti che prendono i premi aziendali, complimenti a chi organizza il lavoro, la mia gatta riuscirebbe a fare di meglio. Non mi meraviglio che diverse mie conoscenze, dopo anni di lavoro,abbiano deciso di licenziarsi. Sottolineo che non viene dato alcun preavviso al dipendente riguardo il suo futuro ma lo si ritiene cosciente del fatto che al termine del contratto esso non venga prolungato. Quindi consiglio a chiunque dovesse essere assunto di tenere bene a mente questa cosa e di non lasciarsi sfuggire altre opportunità, come invece purtroppo ha fatto la mia ragazza speranzosa di un prolungamento contrattuale vista l'autonomia e il livello professionale da lei raggiunto nei mesi svolti a servizio di microdata.
