Credo non mi sia mai capitato di trovare questa fretta in un servizio clienti telefonico. L'informazione me l'ha data, ma la fretta non è sinonimo di cortesia e di buon servizio al cliente. Pazzesco, fuori dal mondo. Sono entrato in ospedale con meno controlli e difficoltà che allo sportello di Padania acque, tra l'altro per saldare una bolletta. La ciliegina sulla torta é che avrei dovuto andare a ritirare una raccomandata inesitata da Crema a Soncino, perché spedita con servizio di posta privata. Ma daiiiii. Meditate gente ... (direzione) meditate. Ad majora.
