Per il giorno del mio matrimonio ha fatto un capolavoro con i miei capelli, ma soprattutto mi è stato molto di aiuto facendomi calmare e rasserenare (che non è molto facile)! Ringrazio Michele e tutto il suo magnifico staff!! Siete delle persone bellissime..grazie di cuore!!
 Michele is my trusted hairdresser, very professional and nice !! For my wedding day he made a masterpiece with my hair, but most of all he was very helpful in making me calm and cheer up (which is not very easy)! Thanks to Michele and all his wonderful staff !! You are beautiful people .. thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le mie 5 stelle sono "sulla fiducia" nel senso che se il taglio e la piega erano da 6 stelle non si può dire altrettanto del lavaggio. Non solo non mi è stato chiesto se avevo allergie (cosa che magari poteva "stare a me" segnalare) ma neppure che tipo di capelli avessi o l'ultima volta che li avevo lavati (per la cronaca il giorno prima), inoltre il lavaggio è stato un po'...come dire..."aggressive" nel senso che sembrava stessero lavando un barboncino o arando un campo. Sono tutte cose migliorabili e marginali (ma che fanno sentire meglio il cliente). Spero di poter confermare le 5 stelle alla prossima visita! :)
My 5 stars are "on trust" in the sense that if the cut and the fold were 6 stars, you can not say the same as washing. Not only was I not asked if I had allergies (something that could "stand up to me") but not even what kind of hair I had or the last time I had washed them (for the record the day before), moreover the washing it was a bit ... how to say ... "aggressive" in the sense that they looked like they were washing a poodle or plowing a field. They are all improvable and marginal things (but which make the customer feel better). I hope I can confirm the 5 stars at the next visit! :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gli ho letteralmente fatto vedere una foto e questo è quello che è uscito, e menomale che mi sono aperta quell’inutile boccolo che avevo davanti che sennò ero anche peggio… Ecco una foto appena uscita dal parrucchiere, ditemi voi il senso.. Ah e per giunta siccome non ero soddisfatta del lavoro la parrucchiera si è pure innervosita e ha cominciato a trattarmi male..ok
I literally showed him a photo and this is what came out, and luckily I opened that useless ring in front of me that otherwise I was even worse ... Here is a photo just out of the hairdresser, you tell me the meaning .. Ah and in addition, since I was not satisfied with the job, the hairdresser also got nervous and started to treat me badly .. ok
