Del tutto privo della confusione che purtroppo è tipica del punto vendita in Corso Vittorio Emanuele, qui si può essere seguiti con la cortesia e gentilezza tipiche delle migliori brand di alta moda. Abbiamo avuto modo di essere serviti con la massima professionalità dalla cortese signorina Zhanna, che negli anni ha imparato a conoscere i nostri gusti e a prevenire le nostre esigenze . This store is definitely one of my favorites. Completely devoid of the confusion that unfortunately is typical of the store in Corso Vittorio Emanuele, here you can be followed with the courtesy and kindness typical of the best high fashion brands. We were able to be served with the utmost professionalism by the kindly Miss Zhanna, who over the years has learned to know our tastes and to prevent our needs. Recommended for those who want a MK product purchased in a real luxury store

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entrando in un luogo così ti aspetti il massimo del servizio, e per servizio intendo velocità, presenza della gamma prodotti, almeno quelli esposti. Risultato: entrato ed uscito dopo 45 min per comprare uno smartwatch scelto in 2 minuti. Il prodotto esposto non era disponibile, dopo aver scelto altro modello tra quelli disponibili, la cassa alla lettura del codice a barre indicava un prezzo, la custodia un altro ed il sito internet un altro ancora. Unico punto positivo la disponibilità della commessa che nonostante l'imbarazzo è stata rapida nell'optare il pagamento con la cifra inferiore. Spero sia stato solo un momento negativo.
Entering a place like this you expect the maximum of service, and for service I mean speed, presence of the product range, at least those exposed. Result: entered and left after 45 minutes to buy a chosen smartwatch in 2 minutes. The product on display was not available, after choosing another model from those available, the cash bar reading code indicated a price, another case and another website. The only positive point is the availability of the order that despite the embarrassment was quick to opt for payment with the lower figure. I hope it was just a negative moment.
